On this board, there aren't many draws worth check/calling, because its a 3-flush flop. So any heart coming out is going to get a lot of folds.
Draws with lots of implied odds are two card nut flush draws, backdoor flush draws, straight draws, and anytime you have a hand that's normally not in your range (say if you raised 9Ts from the hijack, and you flop Q86).
What's his range? A♥
X, QX, JT, 9X (with or without a heart probably). The only hands he can't have are big ones that wouldn't want to slowplay (AQ, sets, two pair, over-pairs).
And I agree with Fred that its probably a fold preflop. A 25/7 certainly isn't tight and you don't want some loose aggressive guy messing with you when you're trying to steal his blinds. Steal from nits. Pokerman27 had the same leak, where he would steal from the SB too often and get in weird spots where you have to play pots OOP with weak hands.
And when I say Clarkmeister the river, its a bet/fold.
