I think that this is a good time to get all in. At this point the only hands that are ahead of you are trips and a 7 to jack straight.
Sice you bet 4BB to open the str8 is not really that likely so you are most likely ahead and should raise to protect your hand. If the other player folds that would be a good outcome but well worth the gamble if he calls.
