BB made a pretty decent 3 bet preflop, so you can credit him with AA,KK,QQ,JJ,1010,99,88,AK,AQ,AJ.. If youve been attacking the blinds a lot then widen villain's range to include KQ,KJ,K10s,QJs, and 77.

KJ is just so unlikely. Villain could be semi bluffing a flush draw but you didn't include suits.
After two barrelling then checking the river, my guess is JJ, 99, 88, AQ or maybe just pushing AK. Most likely JJ here.

You could semi-bluff raise the flop or the turn (or both).

Don't bother betting the river - give up.
