The turn card really changed my mind about continuing this hand while playing and I'm curious to see what others think about it? Here was some of my thought process on each street:

Preflop: Villain's raise tells me he has a AK or JJ+ based on his 22/16 stats, so I decided to flat and see how my big hand holds up on the flop.
Flop: Villain's bet sizing felt a little odd. With having a gut shot straight draw and two overcards I decided to float to the next street.
Turn: Seeing the queen come out on the turn made it seem less likely he's holding any queens, and the bet size didn't feel like he completed the flush draw or had anything higher than QQ+. I decided a small reraise might take him from his hand or give me more information about what he's holding.
River: I have TPTK and he shoves all in putting me into instant thinking about the hand so far. None of his betting pattern made sense for having the super nuts or a possible trap, and combining in the thoughts of the previous streets I decided to call.

You didn't play this hand extremely bad, a couple of thoughts however :

Does anything specific tell you that he is that tight in MP ? He must be quite loose on the button to be that tight in MP and keep a 22/16. I play about the same as him and open raise ATs+, AJo+, 22+, KQs in MP.

On that kind of range, you would be better off 3-betting preflop, if he multitables, chances are he will dump a large part of that range right there. If he sees you as tight then he will put you on AKo minimum, plus you will have initiative going to the flop.

Being as aggressive as he is I would also find it very hard to believe he has a hand, the thing that surprises me is the flat call on the turn and open shove on the river, he thinks you've got something so he can't possibly think you're going to fold, so unless he is just crazy aggressive, you've got to think he has got something here.

What can you beat at this point ? AJ (can't see it), KK (on pretilt that you rivered him), JJ

What beats you ? AA, AQ, AT, KQ, QQ, TT, QJ, QT

His AF is 6. This guy is crazy aggressive postflop, and likely doesn't enjoy giving up on hands. Find someone else to bluff. Everything after the flop is spew (well, the river *might* be okay, but I'm certainly not happy about it).

Against guys like these, I usually try to get pot committed ASAP, and that means 3-betting pre.

Good point on the AF and not wanting to fold. I'll have to pay more attention to that stat in the future along with my position and who's left to act for 3-betting. I learned my lesson that same day when I lost with an AA by not 3-betting to get the raiser off his weak holding (he ended up flopping a potential straight draw and flush draw). This hand in the OP I won because of the river card.
