$5 NLHE 6-max: How was my play with middle pair 3 handed?

So BB is playing a lot of hands even for this small sample size, we can assume his flatting range is huge so I don't mind the raise.

The flop is super wet and we should expect villain to call a lot when we bet, I think our pair is still in front so the bet is ok.

The turn bricks and now its up to us to decide if villain has a pair or is drawing. IMO the majority of villains range that flats the flop is drawing and we need to make villain pay to see it, I probably bet again, like 7.5BB.

The river looks like a value bet to me, I don't suppose you've seen villain bet any other rivers? Its close, we are getting like 3.5 to 1 on the call. I think in the moment I probably call, they show me Q3 or Diamonds and I make a note on them, but that might be bad haha.
