Small sample size, but your opponent seems LAGgy.
My guess is he's c-betting this flop nearly 100% of the time.

I check/raise/shove.

We flopped a monster, even though we haven't got a made hand.
equity-wise, we're only behind AA/88/77 (and even then we still have 42% equity). We're a coinflip vs JJ/A8/A7 and we're a 53% favourite vs 87 and AK.
Coupled with the fold equity of our hand, we can take it down immediately with a check/raise, and otherwise we're building a bigger pot for when we hit one of our 15 outs.

Just check raise the flop, since the vast majority of the time you will be a favourite or slightly underdog and can win the pot right now, but also only have ten high so don't mind if your opponent folds.

Villain looks very aggressive, and you flopped very strong draw, check-raise best option here, villain not foldin' but still it's only draw almost half of deck 15 outs but sometimes you can miss even that opportunity, so better take down pot on the flop.

I will say check-raise you got many outs, although you need to be ready for a re-rise from this aggressive player.

Fold pre-flop. As played, CR the flop. Very standard.

Preflop should be a fold. You shouldn't call a 3bet OOP (out of position) with a speculative hand (like a suited connector or low pocket pair).

As played, you should definitely check-raise the flop, since your opponent will be Cbetting this flop with everything except maybe JJ/QQ/KK, and you want to represent a set and maximise fold equity. You don't even mind if you're called because your combo draw (open-ended straight flush draw) has so much equity, but your equity will drop by half if you miss your draws on the turn, which is why you want to get as much money in on the flop as possible.

Fold pre. There's no reason to call this 3-bet OOP with ten high. Check-raise flop. All his air that beat you and underpairs to the ace fold, and you have ten high.
