Well u cant get out the fishtank if u are making so many mistakes.
1st hand: fold preflop , and as played, c/c the flop, c/c turn with the draw , and c/fold river. but really no need to get in this kind of spots with A7s
2nd hand: bad check on the flop, you should be betting on that spot, bet/call on turn not bet/raise and bet again on river if checked to you or just call if he bets.

my final advice : To beat nl5 , first understand basic concepts, and play solid ABC

Play less and especially call less. Even in position I would rarely call a 3bet with A7s. It looks pretty, but post flop what are you expecting to do with it against anything other than flopping a flush?

I also wouldn't recommend slowplaying in the micros unless you have the stone cold nuts and the texture is scary. Also 1BB bet on the turn? Get check raised and then go over the top? SB going from checking to playing back at you strong is a sign you're ****ed.

Maybe move back down to 2nl and learn the basics?

Thanks for the input guys. Little background is I was a winning player at bovada with a small amount of volume. I decided to make the move to Americas card room so that I could use poker tracker. Since this jump I'm down huge. Are these players that much better than players on bovada.

The 1 bb bet was a misclick..normally speaking I would of 3/4 pot here. I did figure I was behind here but I was getting just about 1 to 4 with 12 outs.

I will admit that I play KQo KQs KJs Kjo JTs and any suited aces just about 85% of the time. I figured these were strong starting hands in 6max..is this a mistake?

Hand 1: I didn't like the call against a 4bet with A7s, you are often out kicked.

Hand 2: Bet the flop, I don't like the check when we are last to act.

GL :)
