MP: $5.82
CO: $2.05
Hero (BTN): $6.17
SB: $5.15
BB: $5.07
UTG: $12.95

Pre Flop: ($0.07) Hero is BTN with Q of diamonds Q of hearts
1 fold, MP raises to $0.15, CO raises to $0.45, Hero calls $0.45, 2 folds, MP calls $0.30

Flop: ($1.42) 4 of clubs 7 of diamonds 7 of clubs (3 players)
MP checks, CO bets $1.60 all in, Hero calls $1.60, MP folds

Turn: ($4.62) 8 of hearts (2 players - 1 is all in)

River: ($4.62) 5 of spades (2 players - 1 is all in)

OK. This was villian CO first hand that he played. He played only one table at a time( I checked) and bought only for about 40 big blinds. Of course no stats on villian.

Can we fold before the flop ? or 4 bet ? if i call preflop than I think I have to call on most flops without ace or king and often flop will show ace or king , so I don't know really what to do here.

Postflop: can we do anything else ? I think call or fold are close because I am losing to kk or aa and winning against TT JJ that would play the same .? ( sometimes people might go crazy with 99 88 or AK that is why I called)

I'd happily get QQ in preflop against a 40bb stack. Just 4bet/call shove.

I couldn't get away from this hand PF but PostFlop after a pot sized bet into a paired board I would either fold or shove. Any random 7 beats us when the 8 comes on the turn any 6/7 beats us.

His options were fold or call actually (and the former would be horrendous).
