Do I call him down ?

I always get in these situations with monster top pairs lately. I mean when I fold I pretty much always have to fold when I'm not having A3s or 55.
I just hate these kind of situations. Usually I don't care about having balanced calling ranges in these spots at 5NL anymore but this player is somewhat aggressive.
I think this player can have sooo many 3's here with a VPIP of 31 calling in the BB. I also think this kind of player would raise JJ and QQ preflop.

So I only beating him when he's going nuts with complete air or just overvalues 99/TT.

Can i ask why you raised this flop? Difficult to represent this board given preflop action and it means you will need to call much larger bets on later streets

I didn't raise I just bet. And I did bet the flop because I'm ahead most of the time. Since the board is really dry I choosed a small bet size.
There are still tons of hands that have to call me like every 5, 66-JJ, 64s, A2s, A4s or maybe some players just get sticky with A high. I can check the flop every now and then but overall betting with a hand that is most likely ahead is pretty standard.

There are many hands that you are ahead but i prefer to just check call in spots like this where your hand is unable to withstand a lot of aggression and you are unhappy to stack off on later streets. If your opponent has the hands you listed, he will still pay you off on most turns and rivers, and you will lose a lot less of they have trips, set or any super strong draws

Because it is multi-way pot, i would cb 2/3 flop. n maybe sometimes go all in on Flop.
In your situation on Turn hmmm for me is fold.

On this flop I'd be tempted to call down. Its possible he hit the gin card on the turn and has 67 or A2. But it just feels like a very suspicious, very big raise on a very dry flop to fold out hands like AK.

And even with a 31% flatting range villain still doesn't have a ton of 3's in his range. A3 K3 maybe 32s.

I would call it down too. If his AF 4.37 is valid he is betting all over pairs here and quite many bluffs too and the CB size might trigger him. I would look carefully all the stats when trying to decide if he is really aggressive or does the number lie a bit.

Could be putting you on AK or AQ. He probably figures you'd shove the flop rather than flat call with an overpair. On a board like that he figures you don't have much of the flop and since you just called, he thinks he can bluff you off. What's your image in his eyes? If you have stats on him he probably has stats on you.

Then again, I could be totally overthinking this. He coulda called you with A3 and got lucky. Common occurrence at micro.

These are the main reasons why I called him down. I love these small bet sizes on these dry paired boards since many players just think I'm weak and try to bluff me.
I think shoving the flop just achieves nothing. I think he has three different hand types here :
A hand with a three: A3s,K3s, 43s etc. or - when I'm all in I'm nearly dead
Complete air or semi bluffs with some backdoor equity like A2s. - when I'm all in he will just fold all his bluffs
66-JJ - He might call with a hand like TT or JJ but will he always call hands like 66-88 ? Overall shoving is just not really profitable.

thats exactly my thought.
and i do not think you should hate those spots. those are the spots that make poker exciting:)
if you fold overpairs on flop everytime, he can easily exploit you on those boards.
he might have a3, but would he really x/r so big on flop?
if you call you keep his bluffs in aswell. so i would probably continue and sometimes call down, depending on turn and riverspots and sizing. and if he stacks you, you at least got some valuable info.:D
