I suppose folding is fine. There's not many tens in his range, and you raised pretty early. Unless your image is trash, this is probably an okay spot to fold the river.

Also the sizing does not support Th, it's more on the line with Ah and bluff, and villain needs to be bluffing 40% this to be a call if that's the case. It is surprisingly often made hand turned to a bluff, but imo not likely even close of 40%.

It really depends on the way you're playing poker. From a GTO perspective this is a call IMO. You have the second nuts and you only get beat if villain is holding Ah. I usually don't fold in these situations because you just can't only play the nuts since Villain could easily bluff you with any two cards otherwise. I'm doing well with this strategy.

I would have 4betted preflop though.
I still think it's fine to fold in this situation because many players just don't bluff often enough and you can exploit this by overfolding.
I personally still want more information to justify a fold. If villain is a 12/10 nit with over 500 hands played I really like the fold.

I think you have to call here some of the time. It's pretty clear after your river check that you don't have the Ah as you'd be betting it for value. He can bluff any holding reasonably big and expect to take it down here.
As you both have plenty behind I prefer to put out a small blocker on the river here say 20bb as a bet fold. Small enough he can call with other holdings. If your not going to call his bluffs at all then best to head them off. Once you bet river if he doesn't have the Ah he can't be sure you dont have it. If you get raised then you can easily fold knowing for sure you are beat.As played you might be laying down the best hand. Figure in his AF into your river decision here are aggro will bluff here but passive players are much less likely to.
