I think my brain just exploded. Wow this was played badly.

Pot the turn, do not fold the river, since villain could be betting two pair, or even Kx for value given how passively you played this hand.

I think that at 5 NL it is mostly face up. From my experience noone is betting that kind of a board without and A or 2 spades.They are scared like hell. So i do not think we will be good enough times to make profit on the long run.
