Villian bought in deep and had auto-reload on, so did I. I've been 3-betting his raises an absolute shitload. He was 14/12 and I was 36/33 (my fold button doesn't work very well) with 19% 3-bet (over insignificant sample size from his persective but he's seen me go to SD with weak starting hands in 3-bet pots so knows my range is super weak). He seems competant. I play 25BB poker so want to check folding is fine.

The fact the board paired, and our flush isn't great, and he just donked 400bb into us on the river makes me want to fold. Also from experience at 10NL / 5NL, 99% of overbets are for value. People will rarely do this as a bluff, they would probably go smaller if it was a bluff, like $9 so they can fold. I'd be inclined to say he had a good hand and was trying to get tricky, possibly boating up on the river.

The fact it's BvB and you have history makes me want to call.

But common sense prevails and i'm going to say this is a fold, would be interested to hear other peoples opinions though.

Oh yeah, well played IMO.

Turbo fold, would be an interesting spot if you had nut flush or 55.

I don't think you're good anywhere near enough of the time to call here.

I think his hand looks like 55, 99 or a flush. No way he's flatting your 3bet pre with QQ or KK.

Yeah sod that..I doubt very much he is ever doing this without the nuts, like the FH. I think he can put you on even a good flush draw and hopes to draw you in.

Surely if he has me on a flush then he lets me bet and shoves on me. The reason I nearly called was because I thought my range is alot stronger than he expects here.
