You've got a great hand on a pretty decent board but with the flush draw, get it in ASAP.

If he's got 99/88/JJ that's just a cooler.

You're never folding there and his raising hands are mostly draws and the occasional pp (at these stakes people over protect medium pp's on low flops, imo).

Just raise. Not really sure on what is appropriate sizing seeing as once you make it $4 you can never fold anyway but just shoving seems to scare some fish off, so yeah, raise to your $4, shove on your next action.

Since we're oop, I would rather reraise him and get it in on the flop. I would've made it $4 too.
If we're in position, I might consider calling.
