Raise flop obv.
I thought it was a raise, and a call before me. Normally I would 3 bet JJ OOP and hope not to see a flop, but not against 2 players. Seems like most of the time, I get 1 fold, and 1 call, then an overcard comes to my jacks and I have a tough decision.
Anyways, on the hand, I shoved and got called by 1 player. He did flop the nut flush with A/rag suited. Luckily, I turned a king for the full house. My reasoning for shoving was to not give someone odds to draw to the flush if they had 1 club. I figured if they hit the .84% chance of flopping the flush, I still had outs to take it down, and if I got 2 folds, I was fine with that. Seemed to me like good reasoning, but felt kinda like a fish at the same time. Seems like an ok move from the response in this thread. Thanks everybody.
