UTG is a recreational player 31/77/6.0 af 67% fcb in 42 hands
SB is a nit 13/7/3.0 af 33% fcb in 182 hands

BB: 108.4bb
UTG: 36.4bb
Hero: 126.6bb
BTN: 111.8bb
SB: 82.4bb

Preflop: Hero is CO with Th 8h
UTG calls 1bb, Hero raises to 4bb, fold, SB calls 3.6bb, fold, UTG calls 3bb

Flop: (13bb, 3 players) 4h 4s 8h (3 players)
SB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets 8.2bb, SB calls 8.2bb, UTG raises to 17bb, Hero??

ISO rec. player wanting to play a head up pot with him in position. SB nit flats iso. After UTG min checkraise he only has 15bb left behind - SB has ~70bb left behind and the pot is now ~46bb . What is our action with SB still left to act?

My hand should read Th 9h. Not the 8h that is posted.

I would have folded. UTG might have higher flush draw, trips or a boat. Even if he is stupidly raising top pair - the math and his stack doesn't make it profitable to draw... SB might have called on the low flop with medium pocket pair or overcards and fold to UTG's raise not offering you any implied odds

You appear to have the correct pot odds to call. There are 46 bb in the pot after the utg raise. You only need to invest another 9bb to see the turn so you are getting 46/9 better than 4-1 and its possible the sb will call along with you making the odds even better.
Hitting a 9 or a ten might also be good enough. Either player could have 55 66 77 as played.
I would be happy the SB nit is still there, you have to consider him but he has been passive so far and not shown any reason as to why he would raise. He is the person you might win some more money from if decent cards come later in the hand.
Call and be happy about your good expressed pot odds, re-evaluate after the turn.

If you are offered the right express odds to draw then take them and be grateful that the opposition appear to know nothing about bet sizing.
How can you make a decision about shoving the turn when you haven't seen the turn card yet? Your flop bet is fine but now two players are telling you they have something on a 448 board....
How are you ranging the sb who is a nit and calling out of position and probably has at least a pair? Do you want him to call? What is your equity against him sitting there quietly with a not unreasonable JJ.
UTG is never folding here..
