So, he is a fish, I had many hands with him when I cbet flop and then check the turn and give up, that's why I checked the turn, to let him bet, but when he put me allin with that big overbet on the turn (with another 2), I'm a little confused. So far I saw him making big stupid bets. Do you think it's ok to call? is this a good play?

it's a 3bet spot and he called a really big bet on a dry flop, I'd just keep betting on turn. If he check's behind on turn you're giving him a free card and you might not get his whole stack. Bet turn bet river, if it wasn't a 3bet spot I'd consider checking the turn but still it wouldn't be an insta check.

His stats do not look like a fish though.

VPIP: 59, PFR: 25, 3B: 14, AF: 2.2, Hands: 163. I think 163 hands it's enough to know at least if he is a fish or reg.

He checked the turn though because he had a plan and a read. I'd encourage having a plan, and if you're ever going to check the turn, this would be the board to do it. If opponent has TT-QQ, you may not get 3 streets of value any ways. So if the turn does go check/check, and not as planned, then you will get paid at a higher frequency with a river bet. If opponent has Kx, he's going to bet the turn most of the time, especially someone like this particular opponent who is obviously splashing and probably floating a ton.
