My target was the BTN who was calling PSB every street with any piece of the flop, but I got involved with the SB, who was running very tight. With the donk bet, I was thinking TT, JJ, or possibly a semibluff, but when he flatted I didn't know where I was at. Am I being trapped, or should I get my money in on turn?

I Cant see any reason not to bet again, I am only really concerned with the Flush draw. You don't wanna go giving a free card. My standard turn C-bet is 70% of the pot.

I'd make it $2.48 and obviously call a C/R shove as you will have massivve odds.

Reckon I would play the pre-flop and post-flop exactly the same :)

Villain has overpairs and some draws in his range, not to mention we have good equity against two pair. Shove the turn.

Frank, betting 2.48 is pretty dumb when villain only has like 3.20ish in his stack.

LOL yes, I did take the trouble to do the math but figured if I am stacking off in this spot with the rest anyway regardless of what comes on the river then what does it matter? If hero just shoves and villain folds the hero misses value. Perhaps bettting less on the turn would be better as it would better encourage a call whilst still leaving villain commited on the river?

By calling $2.48, he's committing himself. By calling his stack off, he's still committing himself. The result is the same. The only difference is, if villain has a monster draw, he can call the $2.48 and then fold the river when it blanks. Additionally, if a bad card binks the river (6:heart: anyone?), it could kill our action.

Bottom line, is if the pot is larger than remaining stacks, just put the money in.
