What exactly does this mean?? As you say its massively polarised you could use my hand as an example, this would help me loads b/c ive seen it spoken about but never really understood tbh.
Cheers for all the answers guys, I actually folded the river here, i'm not sure how to deal with massive overbets when i'm not holding the nuts/near nuts, as this hand might show.
fwiw i think that my range here is quite narrow as well in the villains eyes, he can be quite sure i have at least an ace, if not a flush so if he's sat on a house or the nut flush with the ace coming on the river and tripping me up it looks like a good spot for him to shove for value as he can reasonably expect a call at 5nl from most villains there with trips/worse flush's.... sadly though i ended up with 98 hands on this guy and he really overvalued his ace rag hands, which probably means my chances of being ahead here were a lot better than i thought, i only had 12 hands on him at the time though so i couldnt tell that
