Everything looks standard so far. Pre-flop maybe you could go a BB or two bigger if you are looking for the absolute maximum from his strong UTG opening range, but the guy does look like he's a super nit so scaling down seems appropriate too.

When he goes call call and then checks on the river I would put him on KK specifically, maybe JJ sometimes hoping that you give up on the river. QQ would have raised either on the flop or the turn, or at the very least lead into you on the river. He might also show up sometimes with KQdd that called on the flop and picked up equity on the turn.

I personally don't think that you are behind very often here but given the Villains super nit stats sometimes it can be a good idea to size down your bet on the river in order to get max value. Your line looks incredibly strong and a river jam might fold out the hands you could get value from like KK or KQ. Something like 22 bb's sounds appropriate and could look like an under pair or a weak Q you decided to 3-bet for balance pre.

How did it end up going btw?

he folded after I bet around 60BBs I think

My main question is whether I should bet bigger on turn & small on river. I think that way I'd get more calls than using this standard line.

I would do that, but imo you can't go much larger OTT so it doesn’t matter too much. On the river I would size against KQ + repping missed hand that do final bluff try. I don't know if that is bad or not, but that would make river sizing quite small.

Hands you might get value KK(6) -> 70bb, KQ(12)->45bb, AQ(6)->55bb
Betting 45bb-> hero gets value 100% 45bb
Betting 55bb-> hero gets value 50% -> 0.50*55bb = 28bb
Betting 70bb -> hero gets value 25% -> 0.25*70bb = 18bb

Disclaimer, I just made that up, so that might be totally wrong.

Perfect line, if he had pocket queens, maybe SB 3-bet you on preflop, or slowplay, but if had queens, he certainly bet river before your action, your bet in the river... I LIKE (around 60bb)

google for ggop sizing. basically if you plan to go for value 3 streets you need such a bets so the villain will have 1 pot size bet left on the river
