It's a call I think your a tiny bit below getting the odds needed but the small possibility of your overcards outs being live or facing a weaker flush draw make this a call.

As for the raise for accurate responses I'd advise cutting the hand of prior to the raise, it's very easy for people to slag your decision of once it's been shoved over. However I'm probably not being results orientated when I say I prefer a flat based on villain not appearing to be very aggressive and his small stack size.

i like calling the initial turn bet rather than raising. Also raising the flop lead isnt a bad idea either.

Most people aren't going to donk flop and then bet turn with nothing. Flush draws are Donk/Checking almost all of the time. This guy is a spazzer though so I wouldn't put it past him. I hate the turn raise, you shouldn't be raising here unless you are aiming to GII. Against this moron you wan't to make your hand and then get the money in, not the other way around.

I flat flop and flat turn based on sizing, I'll be shoving river if I get there.

Even though the sample is very small, I'd look at his donk stat and see if he's donked before. I don't think you have enough fold equity on this flop to raise so calling on flop is fine and the same goes on turn with picked up equity.
