Ok, I know I played this bad, but let me explain my thinking...
villian is 54/29...but thats over 10 hands, so I dont think that bears on this situation

I was thinking that if I c-bet, than he will raise all in, as a C-Bet would be about half of his remaining stack, so I decided with two overs to take a free card, is this wrong? or can I cbet and call the all in with 2 overs?

Then on the river, with tptk, whats the plan? I know making poor plays on previous streets can make a river choice harder, so enlighten me on what the correct move is

You should cbet that flop about $0.60, you have enough equity + FE to be profitable. Easy call on the river as played

If you dont want the hard decision of if to cbet call, you can always just shove. Its not that bad with the size of his stack (1.76 eff into a 1.07 pot). As played you cant fold the river.

3bet bigger. if you make it .60 instead of .50, thats another .20 in pre. Then its an easier shove on any flop (using marginals numbers) 1.66 into 1.27 pot.

as said, dont consider folding that river.

3bet size is fine pre. River is an easy call because he can be shoving with so much you beat
