I disagree with this. From my experience playing over 50k hands at 2NL zoom, players stack off really tightly at this format. A 4bet usually means KK+ and sometimes AK. Most micro stakes zoom players will flat-call a 3bet with hands like 99-QQ, AQ and sometimes AK, so you're rarely ahead when you call a 4bet shove with QQ.
In fact, players are so tight at this format that you should actually be considering a fold with KK preflop against a 4bet when you're 150bb deep, as crazy as that sounds. You will be up against AA more often than AK and you'll rarely be up against anything worse than KK or AK in this spot.
