I think I prefer a squeeze preflop. KT doesn't make many big hands, so it plays poorly multiway. UTG looks like a good squeeze target from the few stats you gave (raises wide).

I like how you played this, call the river. Villain is loose, the draws missed. His range seems wider than sets.

I would probably raise turn, but as played, looks like a TP high kicker or smaller two pair. If he happened to back into like an A-10 not much you can do.
