I think it's pretty standard you block AA,KK you put pressure on villains pp's.You have two overs and the nut fd and will be doing the same thing with JJ-AA to balance. No matter what villain has you will have at least some equity as well.

Two overs + NFD with SPR ~ 1 = shove turn

We have so little fold equity on the turn, I kinda want to check/call. The odds of checking thru and losing nothing when we miss seem higher than getting a fold from TT or whatever on the turn.

Why is he a nit?

If he has 77-1010 you don't think you'll have any fold equity? I think if villains playing smart and thought it was a close decision imo he would fold the combos that didn't contain a diamond. And I don't think villains would be willing to check turn with his any of his pp. Giving a free card would be such a -ev play.

15 VPIP 9 PFR is pretty nitty for a 6max player. When this player calls the 3bet and my c-bet it probably means he is really strong. I would say he has at least TT-QQ, a set or AJ, KJs in this situation. Such a player might sometimes folds a AJ without diamonds to a big turn bet but afterwards I see alot of merit in checking the turn.

I believe is a pretty good bluff.
You block the nut FD.
You block AA,KK.
So there are too few hands that villain will call a turn shove there.
JJ,KQd,KJd(we can exclude KJd and Jxd because will probably 3b on the flop),KTd, and some other FDs.So all the one pair hands will fold there since your range is too capture.
So imo this bluff makes sense and it will work most of the time.
