Winning Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.05 BB (6 handed) - Converted at http://www.handhistoryconverter.com/

MP ($5.46)
CO ($6.42)
Button ($5.34)
SB ($8.21)
Hero (BB) ($5.56)
UTG ($5.07)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Kh,10h
4 folds, SB raises $0.13, Hero raises $0.35, SB raises $0.75, Hero calls $0.50

Note: ordinarily this would be a fold for me, but villain has 4B me blind-vs-blind several times so my assumption is that this is his default response in any SB-vs-BB battle. I think his range is still probably pretty wide for that reason too.

Flop: ($1.80) Qs, 8s, 6d
SB checks, Hero bets $0.85, SB calls $0.85

Figured this is an OK board to stab at after this check.

Turn: ($3.50) 7h (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks

River: ($3.50) Qc (2 players)
SB bets $2.22, Hero ??

This river card doesn't change much and villain has check-called the whole way down so I'm not sure how much strength he has -- I need to be good about 30% of the time, but am I here? thanks!
Total pot: $3.50 | Rake: $0.13

If we take a stab on the flop we need to follow through on the turn too. So many hands are going to float you on the flop that will fold to a turn bet. As a matter of fact villains x/fold range on the flop is very tiny after he 4 bets pre. AP fold river.

Sometimes you could make a bluff and steal the blinds or what you bet before the flop but you must be aggressive to be able to steal the bets after seeing the flop because in many cases our opponents do not have their hand fully armed and will not risk seeing the Turn or river so I say that you have to be aggressive after the flop up 6 to 7 big blinds hope you serve luck.

Not sure what your doing pre.. fold once he 4bets or shove if he 4bets wide but at these stakes id say fold cuz it doesnt happen enough barely at all.

no cbet from sb.... most people would suggest weakness. im thinking this is strength because if he was worried and wanted to end the hand he could cbet here. Looks like a trap and he hopes u got q

alright u both check check turn... you dont have a queen or anything or else u wouldve fired against straight or flush draws and get value from AA KK

so yeah you dont have anything and the turn shows... now he bets river depending how good he is depends how wide he is here... he could have 99 TT JJ KK AA even trapping with AQ... we are in so deep sht when he leads river and if he raise him and he thinks he will see its a bad bluff.

I think you ended up painting yourself into a painful situation so I would just fold and forget it ever happened. He may not have much here but he has more than you do. I would avoid getting into these battles with him in the first place. If you had simply called pre flop you would be in better position.

If you know he's 4betting often I think it's better to flat this pre and 3b mainly for value. KTs plays pretty good in position especially for semi bluffs.

I think folding to his 4bet is the right play. But you do have a hand that plays well on many flops, and you have position.

I think you 3 bet for a good reason (so you know why you are doing it)

You say he has 4bet you several times... but just calling his 4 bet still lets him control the pot. Why not 5bet shove or just fold...

As played I think it's a fold.
