$5 NLHE 6-max: Best line vs nit bvb in position with TPGK - river action?
I found this one quite interesting.
I have A,Jos in the BB vs a nit in the SB who 3x's pre. We are both over 100 blinds deep so I would like your opinions on the very best lines to take pre, post, turn, rivers vs this guy.
He is a 12/8 over 45 hands, granted maybe not enough info to say he's an absolute nit but enough imo to determine he is not all that spewy.
Thoughts on villians image of me, nothing spewy, quite nitty myself, maybe my 5th hand out of 40.
Do I lose tons of value in this hand or vs nitty people is this line ok? Is c/c fine? Do we raise any point, I 'd like opinions on this hand please.

So, my thought process on the hand:
Calling in position with A,J vs a nit is most likely better, thoughts?
Reasoning: If we 3bet pre, he's most likely always folding out worse A'x hands Kx randoms and probs flatting medium pairs for set mining so /check/folding most flops. If he does have TT+ / A,J+ he 4bets us meaning we have to fold.
I think unless he wants to get creative, bets all his A,x+ hands, checks his middle pairs, bets also random diamond hands, so I elect to check behind for:
If I bet out, he folds out all his middle pairs + in the back of my mind, he might go for a c/r on the flop which puts us in a sigh/fold spot. We likely have the best hand, so I think if we check behind he fires out on most turns + it keeps the pot quite smallish for potential turn calls/river calls.
He leads out just over 50% of pot on the turn on a blank looking turn card. I elect to call.
If I raise, he either folds out worse A'x hands/ middle pairs or re-raises us meaning we have to fold.
: Now, he leads out again for 50% approx which looks very value looking bet so I elect to just flat call...
I deffo know we can't raise here..as we basically value town ourselves as he's never folding A,Q+ and "unlikely" imo to call of a weak Ace..so we have no value in raising i don't think as middle pairs all fold too and only hands that beat us will shove on us..so I elect to call...
So basically, was this played too passively vs a nit?
