I talked myself into calling on turn thinking that he could bet KT/JT on turn which is probably not true, should I have folded on turn? this is almost always TT/JJ/77
looking at it now, I think I should have bet the turn myself

Feels more like 33/44 to me tbh. Possibly 77 or AT? (calling twice pf, lowest 2% of his VPIP), then floating your cbet IP as it doesn't really hit your 3bet range?

Either valuebetting his set on turn or picked up equity with his oesd if he is good enough to semibluff that here, and hit the jackpot card on river.

Feels kind of polarized on turn. Could well be an attempt to take down the pot, I would prob call like you and c/f river, despite the odds you are 100% beat on river. Think you played it well.

I think half pot is a little shy for your bet size on this flop. Top/top on a wet board... You don't get much information. As played, I'd probably fold the turn.

it is a call for me man, he could have 88, 99, J10, remember he wasnt the original raiser if he had 10+ he woul 3bet preflop, if he have a set so hard luck.
on the turn if u r willing to call why not to bet it yourself i hate giving up control of the pot.

B/f turn or give up. Don't c/c turn/rivers vs. nits.

I think it is a set. If you look at how he played it.
He sees 33 (or maybe 55) and decides to watch a flop for 0.10 in position.
You raised and he thinks: Well, I have position and I might still be ahead (What was your VPIP and status at the table? VPIP, PFR, 3bet?)
Option 1 (33): He sees the flop and hit the jackpot and tried to extract value by calling the flop and letting you bet.
Option 2 (55): He thinks you made a standard cbet and elected to call. (less likely than option 1, but he may think you had a big ace because of your 3bet)

Turn: He has his set and wants to go for value.
River: He pushes it because he has less than a pot-sized bet behind and he is convinced he has the best hand, because this flop did not hit your 3bet range.

Fine line, bet more flop though.

Bet/fold turn and check fold river

Folding turn right away is too nitty. People do float ya know?
