I'm not really sure how to play out of position. I'm sure I should 3b preflop but I am usually lost when playing OOP especially in a 3b pot.

Villain is 30/22/5 but I only have 24 hands.

3-betting pre shouldn't be automatic.... Against this loose-ish opponent, it's probably good though. But calling is fine with the small sample size.

When villain bets small, and then calls your raise, he's probably got pretty strong holdings or QT/T8. There's not a ton of strong draws he can have. So instead of check/raising, I'd rather just lead the turn.

As played, bet/folding the river seems okay to me.

You shall 3bet preflop. And you shall check raise the flop, but just call the turn. You shall also not to bet that large on the river.
