No not really. Just shove. Stacks aren't deep enough for one because of his huge 3-bet (he clearly WANTS to get all-in here) and it's much tougher to get value if you hit something, have to c/f if you don't.

I'd just shove and get it is I suppose. Limp 3bets are usually strong but he seems to be a droolers so it could be like 22-66 or something.

46/23s raise a lot, generally they get the other 23 by defending blinds/button constantly. it would be unusual for someone who raises 23% to limp UTG with a hand we are in decent shape against.

and, it's a small sample size.
