3-bet preflop and take it from there.
If you don't know if you should call the river once the A hits, why were you still in the hand after the flop? If you were going for the gutshot, you didn't have the odds!
As played, I'm folding the turn, tbh.

On the flop it was necessary to deal with the UTG. 3 bet it was necessary to make a raise under the gun. UTG realized that you have nothing and kept pressed block you. Another way - to throw after the flop

On the flop 3bet or fold the turn when you just called the flop

re: Poker & $5 NLHE 6-max: AK out of position
I think calling is also fine pre vs utg from time to time. If you do so, you should probably play this hand like any other hand. So I wouldn't even mind a fold on the flop. But on the turn I would definitely fold.
River: Timovieman already said everything.

3bet pre, ok to call flop with 2 overs plus GS, but if you call turn and you justify it with implied odds cuz you think that you will get paid when you hit you need to call every A every K and every T, if youre planing only to call if T hits you have no businies calling turn...
