I bet more on the flop. Just about every pair is going to have a straight draw so villains flatting range will be huge, that and his open limp makes this flop less scary than it normally is.

Once he raises the pairs+straight draws are less likely and the twopairs and straights are more likely, get out of there.

Yeah, I'd make it at least 25c preflop though (I always add 1 bb when OOP).
