You are flippin with AK , AQ-. Lose to 10 10+ , so i dont see the polint calling here. For 10-20bb i would definitely call but for 50 not.
BTW what oponent had?

Where did you got that number? Its NL4 and clearly written 46bb. He can have a lot of hands but usually they will have AJ+ so its 50/50.

yeah lol they aint dominating you, would be rather stupid for them to shove AA or KK, cus no value in it, The only point i would make is, if your going to raise that huge pre with pocket 9s then surely your bleeding money? your inflating the pot way too much for no reason,

i was iso-raising to 5BB after CO limped so that's pretty standard and not huge. As far as calling the shove goes, he shouldn't have QQ+ in his range so that's why I decided to call.

If you have no information then assume he is a donkey and is doing this with QQ+, dont risk 50bb on a flip, there will be better spots to take his money

It's not just a shove. It's a limp/shove. The most kind of nutted shove within an idiot's arsenal.

Iso/folding is good. If he just open shoved I would have a harder time folding.

I agree. IMO it is bad call. Almost 50bb is too much for 99. It is a half of your stack. Often you will have a flipa, here often TT+ is possible. You are brave with that a call.

An unknown's range doesn't really include many hands you beat. You say he shouldn't have QQ+ in his range but I could easily flip that and say he 'shouldn't' have <88 in his range either. I don't think it's particularly more likely villain is a bad player shoving aces than it is that he's a bad player shoving something like 77 or a weakish Ax hand.
