$5 NLHE 6-max: 99 on a 8 high board.

No real history with villain. Has been a little LAGy but over a small sample(32 hands).

Q.Does villain ever 3 barrel this with worse then 99?

Also, would you play this hand differently PF, F or T?

It's close enough that given he's unknown and UTG I think you can fold but I'd call against someone who has a history of barreling with worse and you know can have 66 or 87 in this spot.

I would guess he doesn'texpect you to fold a pair here very often but the turn bet seems weak.

not sure if he continues barreling 77 here or if he has A8 UTG but if he does then calling seems reasonable.

When you said he has a LAG style, all I can think form my experiences are your against A/8 or K/8, so I would definetly try to get it in with the overpair, especially because the flush draw didn't come it on the turn, maybe he has the 4/5 for the miricle strait which would be SICK! can't wait to see the result! but as for the river bet I would call and hope for the best, like I said the only draw that came in was the strait (weird) and does he really have a 3?????!!!!?!?!?! NAAAAAAAAAAA!

I'm probably folding the river but i think calling the flop and turn are fine

I personaly 3bet 9's alot in position. Lets you know exactly what your against.

I dont know if I like 3 betting an EP raise with 99. Raising just to see where you're at is bad. Its should either be for value or a bluff and I dont think 99 fits into either in this spot.

Ya, the weak raise on the turn always gets me in spots like these. I wanna fold cause it feels like valuetown but can I?

The river isnt an over bet btw. Its another valuetown type raise. It really is close b/w a call and fold VS an unknown. Leaning more towards a fold ATM.
