Pre-flop your raise was good and your call was terrible. Don't set mine OOP without really good odds
OOP I think comiting less than 5% of your stack is a good rule for set mining, I haven't read through all of the thread Steveg linked to, and it may be more specific (in which case, ignore me). The micros are generally a good place to set mine because people will pay you for it, but even so set mining OOP in 3bet pots is burning money.
On the flop I think I check/call here. Betting the flop you're not making anything fold that beats you and you're not getting called by anything worse. I think check-calling is good because your opponent will be c-betting a range of either overcards or overpairs, mostly overcards. I don't think many opponents are bluffing again on the turn with overcards, at least not at $5nl so if he bets again you can safely fold.
Also, a lot of players at $5nl don't cbet. Take a look at his cbet % and if it's really low, just check fold.
