Shove the turn, if by chance he is on a draw why are you giving him a free card and you aren't folding to any card on the river.

I'm really out of my element when analyzing hands at $5NL. Villains raising & 3-betting ranges are really variable, from super nitty to very loose.

The main thing I'm not a fan of is the raise with KQ on the flop. Just seems like you're folding out worse & getting calls from better. I assume JJ won't call a flop raise, but then again, at this limit, one can never be sure ;).

I don't mind the turn check at all. Draws don't likely make up a big portion of villain's range, and giving him a shot at suicide bluffing the river is fine. If he checks to us again on the river, we can still jam it in. Aces really has the biggest possible draw against us, and they only have 8 outs. And I don't see aces just calling the flop raise.

A small raise out of the SB like that is usually strong especially with 20/13/2 stats. So we can put him on AA/KK/AK broadways and middle pairs. He isn't likely to have 910/78 very often if ever.

Yeah, calling the flop is probably better the only card we don't like is the A. If he bets again on the turn we can shove.

Wouldn't do it 100% but against the right CO (the ones who like to call 3bets) I like 3betting KQo a fair amount of the time.

Don't like the flop raise at all.

My thought process on the flop raise was to just take the pot down right there. Once he called I was in total shutdown mode until I hit top 2.

Yes, but sometimes he's going to 3bet and you're going to have to fold away the equity you still have in the pot.

Also, it's worth mentioning that 3betting doesn't work at 2-10NL really. It's hard to get anyone off a hand unless they have complete air.

No it works great because they call preflop and fold postflop unless they hit. Seriously, be the guy who 3bets at the micros. It will help you improve and make you $$.

Looked at my PT3 stats for 3 betting @ 5NL. Not good, lol. I'm definitely leaking money big time in these spots. Gotta figure out how to fix that.

Would you mind going over some hands with me?

You're leaking $$ when you 3bet or when you don't?

What's you sample size in PT3?
What's you PF 3bet%?

Post some hands is HA and certainly I'll look at them.

I'm leaking money when I do 3bet. I guess what I can take from that is I'm 3betting in terrible spots, trying to get someone off a hand.

Across 12k hands at 5NL (that I have logged on my laptop), Im 3betting 7.24% and folding to 3bets 64.7%

That's actually a pretty big number. Can you break it down by position?

Yeah, I should be able to once I get done with housekeeping on my database.

I need to find a way to efficiently synch my databases on my laptop/desktop.

Judging by your wording and your 3bet% am guessing your 3betting for the sake of fold equity. At 5NL we want to be 3betting entirely for value. Stop bluffing and 3bet AQ, AJ, KQ, TT+ when against someone who has a decent sized PFR and calls 3bets with **** all (most of 5NL)

Oh as for the hand I fold KQ to the 3bet here.
