Which one are you? Jayclyzm?

The replayer im using SUCKS!

I had pocket 4's floppped a set against an all diamond flop, someone makes a over pot sized bet and I fold, calling the over player all in, on the turn I actually have the strongest hand but runner runner diamonds get there.

Sounds good tourney win I'm guessing?

Had a good run myself tonight, Friday is date night with the missus aha but squeezed 1000 hands in after she went to sleep at an awesome win rate. Gotta love Friday night Fish at 5NL on stars :p!

5NL Friday

Anyway, back to the hand....

Preflop: 4 handed here I am ISOing this limp. Only has to be about 17c. Stats would help but I'm presuming this is a fishy player, just more opprtunities to win and 44 is an easy pitch facing any aggression post flop when you miss your set.

As played, calling the bb squeeze is OK once the fish calls as your almost guaranteed to bring the SB in, decent implied odds.

Flop:

As played I think, sucky spot but folding is best here, You could run it through pokerstove but if calling is EV+ I think its negligible and I orefer the EV neutral fold (maybe I'm wrong though). By ISOing pre though you avoid this spot. HU Im getting my stack in here. Even when they have the flush you have like 30% equity...

Yeah when the raise was so big to my right I assumed at very least he had the Ad, risk vs reward i just thought best fold.

If you wanna talk about fishy player check this hand..

haha max value atleast :p!

How about this?

On a side note, it appears your over limping often, I would cut this out and look for spots to ISO limpers (with some exceptions). Also I'd have bet that flop in position...

Yeah I checked hoping someone would have an ace and raise inwhich i could re raise, since there was no action the whole way round I just gave up on the hand until I made the straight on the river and get an all in call lol.

That replayer isnt working for me?

And you say im limping too much, should I play less hands or raise instead of limping?

You had position so no one could bet after you...

There is no point raising any lead on the turn as your down to like 16% equity against an A that at 5NL your unlikely to fold out with a raise.

Yeah limping, as a general rule is a NO! Just don't do it, ok if there's 4 limps in front and your in the small blind sure... But as a general rule just don't.

At 6 max you should be looking to play around 20% of your hands and open raise about 15%. I would have pitched the 78os in that hand above ^^ or ISO'd of limper was a super fish and just abused my position and my post flop edge.

Look at a good 6 max starting hand guide and try to stick to solid ranges while your gaining momentum and experience.

You running a HUD?
