SB checks, Hero bets $1.50, UTG folds, MP raises to $9.35 and is all-in, SB folds, Hero....?

Would anyone ever be folding here? I believe that if he had AA then he'd be reraising me pre especially with multiple people in the pot. There's potential he could have 55 or 66 but I can't see that being in many players 3bet calling range? He could also have AK of diamonds which would put him ahead here too.

Turn: ($20.70) T

UTG seems like a passive fish. Limp, called raise and called a 3 bet. MP might be trying to isolate. When UTG called the 3bet, it would've been better if MP folded but it totally was an ok call because you raised too small and gave hm the odds to do so.

This is tough to say. I think it's player dependent. I might call against some players and fold against others.

With no info, I might fold because it's too expensive to call with just TP. If I have a diamond which might give me some additional backdoor potential, I'll consider just hating life and call.

Pre flop however you should've bet bigger especially at this stakes. You are OOP so it's more advantageous to create a smaller SPR. I'd probably bet $0.60-0.70.

In position however, your current bet size is fine.

Either 55 or 66 or FD. Pretty gross but a fold imo.

I generally don't like to stack off with TPTK on a board with draw potentials so it's a fold for me. I wasn't expecting villain to turn up with 65 though, to be honest. I felt it was more likely for him to have a set of either 5s or 6s.

Yeah raise pre x5 cuz of the limper, generally i'd raise x4 even a tad higher because you don't want to be in a 3way pot with AK.

It's hard to fold this knowing our opponent could have complete air or a weaker ace. But the fact is we have to be stricter in our calling because there is 3 players in the pot. If it was headsup then we could've called a lot easier.

Either flush draw or two pair for me. Ax is also a possibility.

As my read above, overall I would call.

villain tendencies can help us make a decision, not the fact it's 5nl. 5nl is full of nits and tight abc players as well as some fish

Its a fold for me, although I don't like his play. When 200bb deep players will call 3bets much wider with good implied odds hands like these.
Your hand is virtually face up so his shove says he can beat TPTK or has a very good draw to do so. Its nearly always a value shove rather than a bluff because the vast majority of 5nl players arent good enough to fold TPTK or an overpair in this spot which makes the bluff to risky.

No stats on a villain, so we have no known player tendencies..
The weaker ace or worse can do that too at 5nl even at 10nl, tho what i neglect is that the stack sizes are 200bb, i automatically assumed that we play for 100bb stacks, that deep its easier for them to setmine pre or call some suited connectors and go fit or fold... At 100bb i wont mind stackoff this way at 200bb i would wait a better spot but i dont play that deep so dont take this as set in stone...

This is funny cause this is something I am dealing with right now. 10 times out of 10 if I call TPTK 2 pair beats me. If I have 2 pair trips beat me. TPTK doesn't happen as much because I will fold TPTK easily enough, but the 2 pair is harder to fold. I spew all over losing to trips w/ my 2 pair. I can't find the fold button. Betting more pre wouldn't help, that would just be spew pre, because an extra few cents aint folding out medium pocket pair if a standard bet won't. I only get so much action and when I do finally get action after 3 hours of play that has double up potential I go for it and ALWAYS lose my 2 pair to a set ALWAYS. 10 times out of 10. I need to start looking at the board and seeing that if there is no straight draws or flushes they have trips. In your case it looks like villain has a flush draw, I wouldn't call that with TPTK. Didn't expect him to have 56.
