Villain was playing almost everyhand..Can I really give him credit here for what I think he is trying to represent?

Would i have been better calling his raise rather than shipping it in? I cant see my self folding here...

Fistpump when he raises turn.
Jam instead of min raising.
Fistpump again.
Profit.

But seriously u played it fine and if he had QT or Ad5d its just a cooler.

^ This.

Straights, sets, two pair and smaller flushes all play this the same way. Especially if this guy is playing too many hands, you're way ahead of his range. You have the 3rd nuts on a very drawy board where a lot of other hands look like they're the effective nuts too.

I was fist pumping until I saw what he had haha.

Good to know it was a cooler rather than me playing my hand bad.

It felt the right way to play but after so many stackoffs gone bad today I thought maybe I could have got away from it and given him the credit for what he has trying to represent.

What if this player was say 20/18, would I still play it the same or give him more credence for the Ad/Kd?

Nope.
Any villain is gonna have a set,QT,combodraws,KdJx,AdQ/AQ/KQ way more then the nut flush.

Your looking for a way out in a hand we dont want out of.
Sucks that villain showed up with the top of his range but it happens, brush it off and keep going.

Point noted. After a beat like that, in my mind by default I try to find a way out of the hand rather than knowing it was a cooler and moving on. Something for me to try and rule out.

Now all I have to remember is to continue playing these hands like this so its +EV in the long run
