First of all I think we should fold pre. Your hand is just no favourite against a tight button range and if we want to force a fold with our 3bet I think we should do it another time with a better hand.

As played I guess the flop bet is fine and on the river we just fold as he seems to be quite strong. I would but him on 99+ or some 8x hand like A8s.

Against a 65% 3 bet folder would not 3 bet 64s from OOP. Late position against SB/BB 3 Bets typically gets more calls and his VIP range is very nitty.

When he calls your flop his range still can be wide and certainly will contain all suited diamonds and all over-pairs e.g. But also AK, AQ hands with only one or even no diamonds might call on such a flop.

Turn he overbets the pot (but if he would not overbet he almost never can fold anymore as his stack is not that big compared to the pot) so cant read much into him overbetting the pot.
On the turn he can have over pairs and lot of flush draws with overcards (15 outs ~ 30% equity against your hand). Would fold on the turn.
