Ok I am now thinking this was a bit of a loose play. By default I usually 3-bet with AQs vs an average guy from MP and this guy is UTG. I guess I justified the play to myself at the time because he was playing slightly short, is on the loose side, quite fishy and has folded to a 3-bet two out of three times. I feel the bet size is good however.
