Why raise preflop? His VPIP suggests he's bad, but we're not exactly in too good a shape with A6s vs an MP open by someone with a PFR of 14. Just coldcall, imo.

As played, this looks like a perfect spot to check behind, imo. But that's in part because I know I won't be able to fold trips.

As played, player 3 is a nit who coldcalled a 3-bet preflop from the blinds. AQ/AK are a big part of his range.
And nits automatically have higher AFs.

Also, AF needs a large hand sample to be reliable. 500+ hands is not exceptional.
AFq (Aggression Frequency) only needs 100+ hands to be reliable.
What I mean is, his AF could be lower than it appears.

Betting flop should be fine(while checking isn't bad either) but 3 should have a range of AK, 1010+ and I don't see what else a nit cold calls here with. I also think I am calling his raise IP and seeing what he does on the turn.

I also don't like the 3 bet pre because 5 seems like the type of villain that isn't folding enough to 3 bets.
