$5 NLHE 6-max: Playing TP OOP

I meet so many times with situations like this OOP (usually with TP), when the river kick my a**. Is this some kind of a cooler or a bad play? should I check here?
I called preflop because I don't like to play big pots OOP vs unknown.

poker stars $0.02/$0.05 No Limit Hold'em
SB: $5.45
Hero (BB): $5.14
UTG: $4.14

MP: $5.00
CO: $1.93
BTN: $10.82

Pre Flop: ($0.07) Hero is BB with :qh4: :kh4:
UTG raises to $0.10, 4 folds, Hero calls $0.05

Flop: ($0.22) :9d4: :kc4: :7s4: (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $0.10, Hero calls $0.10

Turn: ($0.42) :8d4: (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $0.30, Hero raises to $0.85, UTG calls $0.55

River: ($2.12) :9s4: (2 players)
Hero bets $1.10, UTG calls $1.10

UTG shows :9h4: :3d4:
Hero shows :kh4: :qh4:

supposing everyone is a fish, 3bet preflop for value, then if he call, which he will do very often, cbet on flop turn and river ;)
As played it's hard to say what the best play postflop is if we don't have any stats on villain. Do you think he calls you with anything worse on turn? If you think so, why didn't you c/r on flop? If he 2barrels is stronger than on flop.
Looking at the results, he's obv a LAG fish, then there's all the more reason to 3bet preflop.

Of course I 3bet pre and bet bet bet for value IF he is a fish. But he was unknown. After this hand I realize he is a fish.

Don't show results. Against an unknown I don't like the checkraise. Not everyone is as epicly whalish as this villain.

You should lead the turn, and probably pay attention a little more because if you have someone min raising 93o UTG and playing it like this, guy is showing lots of exploitable tendencies you've been missing.
