1. What's his turn raising range here?
2. How to proceed river?

I don't think this kind of nitty player would have any bluffs & also semi bluffs. So I'm removing any FDs from his range.
So that leaves out a couple of sets & something like QJs.
So assuming his range is pretty nitty here, should I call a decent sizing on river with the possibility of him having any semi bluffs(if for some reason he had them) getting there on the river???

Also what do you think about checking the flop? Should I check weaker TPs like this vs some opponents? Likely loose aggro ones??

A Nit will likely only call the flop with TP or better + strong draws. It’s unlikely he gets to the flop this way with KK or 99. And even unlikelier that he gets to the turn with pocket tens.

V might slow play sets. So his raising range is likely 55, QJ and K10.

Being a nit this is almost always a value range. The problem with calling the flop is your oop, not many cards improve your hand, you’re unlikely to use the scare cards that can come down to turn your hand into a bluff and if you do a nit value turn 2B range is unlikely to fold.

So I’d equate in likely river actions. More than likely you’re facing another bet there. Which gives you a certain amount of implied odds. Not enough for me though.

This comes down to our equity vs V’s range;

(Equity, Win, Tie)
Player 1: 68.1% 66.3% 3.56% {55, KhQh, KcQc, KcTc, KdQd, KdTd, QJs, KhQs, KcQs, KcQh, KdQs, KdQh, KdQc, KhQc, KhQd, KcQd, QJo}
Player 2: 31.9% 30.1% 3.56% [KhTh]

Board: [Ks 9s 5h Td ?]

That range includes KQ but I’m not sure This player type re opens the pot with TPGK. So this may be more realistic;

(Equity, Win, Tie)
Player 1: 88.9% 86.4% 5.03% {55, KcTc, KdTd, QJs, QJo}
Player 2: 11.1% 8.55% 5.03% [KhTh]

Board: [Ks 9s 5h Td ?]

And pot odds;

3.1-1 ish 25%.

It’s such a sick spot and I’d struggle but folding here is good. Player type dictates this is unlikely to be anything worse than two pair.

If I called and didn’t hit I’d probably fold to a decent bet.

In real time I’d likely call the turn myself. Top two!

I’d never not CB this board vs looser players. It’s urgent to get value before bad cards kill your action.

This board is semi wet. A loose players range has more draws and 2nd best pairs relative to a tight players range here so we can loosen our criteria for value betting a bit.

My take would be { KK, 99, 55, TT, QJs + 10% moronic stuff including sometimes hands like AK}. Being a true nit usually applies only to pre flop in 6max zoom.

I have noticed though that nits do play speculative hands too sometimes pre, not sure if that is part of their plan or do they just tilt or get tired of folding.

Why not AK right? :D
