Could you please give me some advice on this hand ? So I raised his bet with my two pair because they board was very wet and I wanted that he has to pay for a flush or a straight draw. Then he goes all in and I call. I kinda hoped he semi bluffs with some kind of draw. I mean I blocked alot of sets with my two pair.
Or do you guys think this should maybe be a fold ?

I would for that hand pre-flop even though he is probably stealing with a wide range.

As played I think raise folding is the best option. He has you crushed with any set as well as J9. And if he has a good draw you will lose half the time.

There is just nothing he is raising with that you beat unless he would reraise an overpair, which I doubt he would do on this board unless he tends to overplay AA/KK/QQ in such spots.

i think that hand is fold pre flop in all cases except blind vs blind, if you hit the 8 there is very good chances that in the flop you got some overcards and there you are in a tough spot,if you hit the J you have a bad kicker, and the straight is just to difficult to accomplish and with the pot odds facing a raise it's a clear fold.
Now, you get into the flop, you got 2 pairs, and here is where you play with the information that you have of your opponent, he bets you raise and he goes all in, in this spot, what he could have, some flush draws, straight or straight draws, a J with an overcard (AJ KJ QJ) and pocket pairs aces kings queens, and also some sets, maybe the J where tricky because you have blockers same with 8, but maybe 99, so what i'm trying to say is that or well you are way behind or slightly ahead, so i think a fold has to be the correct play here.

A little wide for me on the Blind defend. but as played, hard to get away from that hand with a blocker to pocket jacks. cooler
