I'm not sure what worse is going to call a shove besides KJ or AQ/A10.

I like vb something like 2$, since villain may be more inclined to call w/his Kx and not get scared off by the A imo. Seems like he's going to show up w/lots of QJ, QK, K10, J10 type of hands.
