Hello guys,

hand I played +-30mins ago. At the time I didn't have a read on the opponent as we didn't clash at the 14 hands at the same table and the other guys are quit passive ( no showdowns) I do know he doesn't buy in full amount or atleast no automatic rebuy. + he only plays a deepstack table and a satellite.

PokerStars - $0.05 Ante $0.01 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players

In hindsight I think I should've bet the turn bigger? and maybe even the flop?

but now we are on the river what do we do? bet small to control pot or check?

Let's hear what you guys think ,I'll post the river when we've got some comments :)

When you're that deep against a fish, I'd raise more with premiums. Even OOP I'd advise just getting money in. Bet a little more on the turn. On the river, he's looks like a donkey, so easy bet 1/2/fold. If you thought he was aggressive, I'd prefer a c/c on the river.

John,

thanks for the reply! you mean I should overbet flop & turn ? as a shove is weird for the pot..?

no he means reraise more preflop. i think your flop bet was fine. you bet 3/4 pot on the flop and i think you should have kept that bet size going on the turn. on the river the K is slightly scary but you probably still have the best hand so you should bet for value (and fold to a raise).
