400NL live poker at my local casino, playing 9-handed.

Hero (SB) has $380
Villain (UTG) has $400

Hero is dealt Ac Kc
Hero posts $2
BB posts $4
Villain raises to $15
3 players call $15 (I forget what positions)
Hero raises to $105
UTG calls $90
3 players fold

$244 in pot (after rake) with 2 players
Flop shows Jd 7c 5h

Hero shoves ALL-IN for $275

What do you think of the way I played this hand?

This seems pretty standard. If you can get Villain to fold something like TT it's a victory, and hands like QQ aren't crushing you. With stack sizes as they are, this is pretty much the only play you have (other than check-folding which is super sad).

I would really never expect to see qs+ fold and sometimes maybe 10s, but line looks fine. I think your sizing is a tad big on the 3 bet, definitely feel more committed with how much the pot is in relation to our stack.
