What r ur reads? Is he super aggresive?
He's not super aggressive, but he is capable of a bluff. There is a pretty strong argument to be made that he would likely not bluff that card, since it is kind of a strange spot.
But, I DO think he would shove AQ, AJ, JJ, 99 (99 not often) or the rare KQ that he may have - sometimes this could be a QQ in position.... but I think he raises that 85% of the time preflop.
There is also the possibility he put ME on a strong flush draw/pair combo and that he might be able to blow me off that with a shove - or with some other strong but not strong enough hand (AK).
Clearly that wasn't the case here, but those are all in the realm of possibility, so calling a shove is kind of a gut wrenching affair, but I think I have to.
EDIT - I think the most common actions are what took place. I think most of the time I check and he checks behind. for whatever that is worth, so I am in the tank if I get shoved on.
