€400 NLHE Full Ring: €400 NLHE Full Ring: AK vs turn reraise

I would like to post one hand I played live. Could anybody check the line - I'm not sure I played it well....
Hero is BB with AsKh
Villain is a very good TAG in the MP.
Played 2-4 NL 9 players
preflop - 3 foldes, MP bet 20, everyone folds, I raise 60, MP calls
Pot 144. Flop Ac 8c 6s, I bet 100, MP calles.
Pot 344. Turn Tc. Hero bets 250, MP raises 600, Hero folds...
Villain shows....

u did fold because u where afraid of the flush, so why did u bet the turn. another thing u bet too much keep it about half or a bit more it will do the job for u, on the flop a bet between 75and 85 is perfect.

vs fish I b/f every street, but vs a good villain I can't do that because they'll never pay off worse. I'd have to tank on it for a while -- I'd probably end up either betting like 1/2 pot to induce a call from AJ/JJ+ (which are the only hands I could see floating this flop that I beat), check/calling, or just giving up. It probably depends on whether I think Villain thinks he can get me off AK (or I'm capable of having a weak Ace) if he bets.
