umm, you can't semi-bluff a river.. he has no outs. (semi-bluff = raising flops/turns with a hand with equity.. e.g KT on QJx boards)
I honestly think he can still be betting worse hands on the river, happens all the time in live games.. works as a blocker too so we just flat like AK or whatever and he gets a cheaper showdown.
people are lolbad in live games, we need to stop assuming they think at all.. they limp call TT pre on a regular basis, KK's very unlikely but JJ's a possibility and so is weak broadway. he could easily have KJ here for example?
OK, should not have said semi-bluff, my bad... what I meant was he had a hand, but was representing the flush
This was NOT a table of bad players. All were pretty good. I'd say I was the weakest by far. TT or JJ would be possible as well as KT, KQ or KJ. Which goes to my point, I think I should have called because all of those make more sense than the hands that could beat me.
AK maybe.... but I know 2 of the aces folded, so I'd be surprised
thanks for playing!
